The arrogance of City folk who fail to accept there is a problem with China fraud - they are alright Jack

A leading City broker today opined "Now for bashers of Chinese Aim stocks they can have a field day today with Asian Citrus Holdings and their announcement on why they are suspended." Bashers of Chinese AIM stocks? Bashers? For the thousands of private investors who have seen their pensions raped by China frauds as City advisors have banked vast fees and prospered let us put those words into context.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Happy Anniversary Mr Monk but you are 100% WRONG on Aquatic it is a Norfolk

I wish Andrew Monk a happy wedding anniversary today but surely his fragrant wife should have got time off for good behaviour. But Monk is wrong on Aquatic Foods (AFG) it is a Norfolk, its interims out today make that 100% clear and I explain why. I note the suspension of Asian Citrus (ACHL) and I pose a new challenge to LGO Energy (LGO) about output and sales numbers which really do not add up. I look at RapidCloud (RCI) whose interims suggest a terminal conclusion and Zincox (ZOX) where a pompous chairman seems in denial about the grim outcome that lies ahead.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 3 China frauds, Golden Saint scam and Jim Mellon's Port Erin

I start with more news on frigana cutting. I am a sweaty wreck after a day of mega slashing as I "take it out" on various folks in the City. Then I cover Asian Citrus (ACHL), Jiasen (JSI) and Taihua (TAIH) before I move onto Johnny Hon and R4E (R4E) then the scams and scum at Golden Saint Resources (GSR) - why won't PR fecking genius Steffi tell us about her shares? Then it is onto doomed Outsourcery (OUT) and then, as we expect more news tonight on Uramin, I ask a few questions about Port Erin (PEBI) another vehicle of my friend Jim Mellon. Oh and there is bad news for a company trying hard to bring jobs and wealth to the grim Northern welfare safaris, DX Group (DX). Moral of the story, let them rot, stick to doing business in the hard working South.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 31 March - Gable, Asian Citrus & LGO - going down the pan edition

A short bearcast as I am set to fly back to the UK soon. Shame, shame. I start with earnings visibility looking at Gable (GAH) and Asian Citrus (ACHL). One is a shite investment the other is going down the pan completely. Then it is onto LGO Energy (LGO) which, with the curse of Lenigas, is in the latter category. I explain why BP rumours are just bollocks.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 28 January: Im still in Bristol & The Mrs is in the doghouse

The Mrs got a little confused and as a result she is in the doghouse and I am still in Bristol. I hope to arrive in Warwickshire to see my father this evening. Back on the markets Mellon-madness has broken out. I examine the joke that is the Condor Gold (CNR) ramp and also FastForward (FFWD). My pal Jim Mellon is clever..but not that clever. It is then onto worthless POS Arian Silver (AGQ), Asian Citrus (ACHL), Ten Alps (TAL) and the wider issue of earnings visibility discussed here. My Avanti Communications (AVN) reference is HERE and that is it for today.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 29 December: Flip Flop Ben Turney, ZincOx, 88E shareholders you are all in frigging denial

I delay breakfast at Tom's Diner in Brooklyn for you dear listeners. I explain the sacrifice I am making.  Then the theme is one of denial as I examine Zincox (ZOX), Sefton Resources (SER) & flip flop Ben Turney and finally 88 Energy (88E). I move onto how one reacts to fair questions and the scumbags at China New Energy (CNEL) and Afriag (AFRI). I look at Asian Citrus (ACH), InternetQ (INTQ) and Mosman (MSMN) - both zeros and eServGlobal (ESG) which is also heading for 0p. There is a final swipe at Rare Earth Minerals (REM) and Jabba The Hutt, Mr David Lenigas.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 18 December: Pensioner mugger WH Ireland time to face Karma

I am still on the prescription pain killers as you may be able to guess. And I am still pondering what to get the Mrs for Christmas - any ideas please post away in the comments section. I end with a question for Jabba The Hutt and Afriag (AFRI): tell me David Lenigas what is happening on January 20 2016? In the podcast I cover Infrastrata (INFA), disappointing news from Armadale Capital (ACP), Inspirit (INSP), Octagonal (OCT) - two John Gunn /Lenigas creations - Asian Citrus (ACHL), eServGlobal (ESG), Impact Holdings (IHUK) and ask the question could WH Ireland (WHI) - full dossier on its sins HERE -  run out of free cash soon? The answer after today is that the pensioner muggers could well do so. Karma.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 9 September - more nonsense from and questions for Quindell

I start by clarifying certain rumous circulating that I am starting new businesses or getting involved with those who do. Au contraire. Very much au ffing contraire. Then it is onto today's ludicrous announcement from Quindell (QPP). I also cover Sefton Resources (SER), Goals Soccer Centres (GOAL), Auhua Clean Energy (ACE) - a dirty AIM dog if I ever I saw one - Asian Citrus (ACHL), Aquatic Foods (AFG), Daniel Stewart (DAN), Iofina (IOF) and of course Monitise (MONI)

Bulletin Board Morons can line up to apologise to me over Monitise and Iofina ( and of course Quindell) at any time. Don't all rush.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 8 June - Armadale and More

Before heading to the White Bear with my father, a brief podcast. Armadale I question its maths but its shares could well be cheap even after soaring 155% today. Then onto Atlantic Coal (dog), Sound Oil, Sefton, Jiasen & Cyan.

Oh and read this brilliant piece on Asian Citrus HERE

And remember to download your free copy of UK Investor Magazine HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast Special - Its China fraud day

Naibu, Jiasen and over in Germany Joyou, it is all happening on the China fraud front. The London Stock Exchange's attitude and inaction is a disgrace. If you still own shares in JQW, Camkids, Jiasen, Chaintek or Asian Citrus you are bonkers. A short bearcast covering the day's events and a meeting with a feral cat.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 3rd February

Both Maribel and I are feeling a little fragile after a night of boozing at The Free Speech & Liberty Pizza House. And so life is a bit of a struggle today for both of us. Anyhow this podcast covers insider dealing, Afren, TXO, Camkids, Northbridge Industrial, profits warnings, Asian Citrus and Creston

Tom Winnifrith BearCast 30 january

I start on the matter of free speech and attempts by the Jihadists of the QPPSAG to deny that. We won a big victory over the morons yesterday. In that vein I urge those who enjoy Bearcasts and who support free speech to book their seats for UK Investor Show on April 18 in Westminster now HERE. In the podcast I cover Mosman Oil & Gas, Rambler Metals, Red Leopard, Management Resources and then go in big time on Asian Citrus but more especially on Camkids - target price 0p.

China Fraud & Zedex follow up – Asia Distribution, a blatant Norfolk that AIM was happy with

I noted in my earlier article HERE how Zedex Capital is involved in listing a stack of shit companies or indeed outright frauds on AIM. That is why anyone holding shares in Naibu, Camkids, China Chaintek, Asian Citrus and Asia Ceramics which are all, pro tem, listed on the Casino should sell now. If you doubt me here is another warning: Asia Distribution, what happened next.

The pattern is that the Chinese company floats, raises cash from gullible Gwaelos in London, Chinese investors sell in the aftermarket and then, to cover up the fraud, the POS on AIM agrees to a takeover at a price which sees all UK Investors lose money. But you ask what happens next once AIM investors are not looking any more? Asia Distribution agreed to a 52p a share bid to end its AIM charade. Here is the 2011 Regulatory filing from the acquiring company. Weep.

Value Investing and Chinese Stocks – Asian Citrus, a sell even though shares trade at a discount to stated net cash

Asian Citrus (ACHL) appears to be one of the better Chinese stocks on the AIM Casino but although it now trades at a steep discount to stated net cash and a vast discount to net assets it just cannot qualify as a value investment and you’d be mad to touch its shares with a bargepole. In fact its a sell.  Here’s why.

First a little reminder of the history of this producer of Oranges and to a lesser extent bananas. It listed in AIM in 2005 at 112p a share. Now let’s wind forward to December 2013 when someone purporting to be a value investor a Mr Marcel Springorum wrote:
